01 / Our capabilities

One coordinated
industrial scope.

From investigation and engineering through decommissioning, recovery, relocation and redevelopment.

01

Engineering and planning

Demolition surveys, structural separation, sequencing, temporary works and critical-lift planning. The engineering establishes how to dismantle the asset and protect what stays.

02

Demolition and decommissioning

Industrial, structural and mechanical demolition. Selective dismantlement, high-reach operations, controlled cutting and substructure removal where included in scope.

03

Environmental remediation

Asbestos, PCBs, petroleum, chemicals, universal waste and contaminated materials. Characterization, abatement, handling and disposition coordinated with field execution.

04

Asset recovery and liquidation

Process equipment, machinery and metals evaluated for reuse, salvage, recycling, liquidation or private sale. Recoverable value is integrated into the commercial plan.

05

Logistics and plant relocation

Rigging, match-marking, preservation, export preparation and containerization. International shipment coordination and technical support for reconstruction.

06

Property and redevelopment

Industrial acquisition, site stabilization, infrastructure preservation, facility conversion and property repositioning, supported by property management and facility operations.

Control the work.
Protect what surrounds it.

When engaged as prime contractor, Spirtas provides engineering coordination, safety leadership, project controls and operational accountability for the agreed scope. Planning addresses structural condition, environmental hazards, critical lifts, hot work, active utilities and the operations that must continue nearby.

02 / International experience

Complex assignments.
Global experience.

Active power corridors, operating ports, sophisticated process plants and cross-border asset relocation.
